Phoenix House is a permanent supportive services property consisting of 20 units for low-income parent(s) completing a drug treatment program. Applicants must be a current Cowlitz County resident.
The complex has 3 buildings with 5 pods. Each pod has 4 bedrooms rented by tenants, while the kitchen and living area are shared by all tenants. The maximum occupancy per bedroom is 3 persons. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. The units and common areas are furnished. There is an on-site laundry, a community room and a playground all within a fenced courtyard.
Tenant Services are provided on site by the HOSWWA Supportive Services Division.
